abstract = "The present thesis aims at the study of the plasma parameters in
the solar corona, using a flux transport model, force free-field
extrapolations, a model of emission and optimization algorithm.
The physical-model is based on the assumption that the variation
of the irradiance and plasma parameters is due to the evolution of
the solar magnetic field. The goal is to reconstruct electron
density and temperature distributions in the solar corona and the
emission in four different wavelengths during the last two solar
cycles (large scale) and also the emission, electron density and
temperature profiles from Active Region NOAA 11855 (small scale).
The relation between photospheric dynamics, emission, and plasma
parameters in different time scales are reviewed. These
characteristics are important in the Astrophysical and Geophysical
fields, because they can help to understand physical phenomena
such as coronal heating and eruptive events. RESUMO: Esta tese tem
como objetivo principal o estudo dos par{\^a}metros de plasma na
coroa solar, usando um modelo de transporte de fluxo,
extrapola{\c{c}}{\~o}es de campo livre de for{\c{c}}as, um
modelo de emiss{\~a}o e um algoritmo de optimiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o.
O modelo esta baseado na ideia que as varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es da
irradi{\^a}ncia e os par{\^a}metros de plasma est{\~a}o
relacionados com a evolu{\c{c}}{\~a}o do campo magn{\'e}tico
solar. O objetivo {\'e} reconstruir as distribui{\c{c}}{\~o}es
de densidade e temperatura na coroa solar e a emiss{\~a}o em
quatro comprimentos de onda diferentes durante os dois
{\'u}ltimos ciclos solares e tamb{\'e}m a emiss{\~a}o, perfis
densidade eletr{\^o}nica e temperatura usando a regi{\~a}o ativa
NOAA 11855. A rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o entre a din{\^a}mica,
emiss{\~a}o e par{\^a}metros de plasma em diferentes escalas de
tempo s{\~a}o revisadas. Estas caracter{\'{\i}}sticas s{\~a}o
importantes em astrof{\'{\i}}sica e geof{\'{\i}}sica, porque
podem ajudar a entender fen{\^o}menos f{\'{\i}}sicos como o
aquecimento coronal e eventos eruptivos.",
